1. Shipping & Delivery

• Global Shipping: We proudly ship our products worldwide. International shipping timelines, customs procedures, and import duties may vary depending on the destination country.
• Custom Quotations: Shipping costs and timelines are finalized during the inquiry and confirmation process.
• Packaging: We use specialized packaging to protect delicate crystal structures. However, due to the nature of the material, external handling is beyond our control once the shipment leaves our facility.

2. Returns and Exchanges

• Natural Variation: Please note that natural inclusions, minor surface scuffs, or color variations are inherent to crystals and are not considered "damage."
• Bulk Finality: Since all orders are customized based on your specific inquiry and quantity, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."
• Resolution: If valid videographic proof confirms that an incorrect product was sent, we may offer a replacement or provide credit toward your next order at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Inquiry Phase: Inquiries can be cancelled at any time prior to the finalization of the deal and payment.
• Processing Phase: Once the order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
